Valerie Crenshaw, Founder of Healing Hands Wound Care, has dedicated over 17 years to the field of wound care nursing. With firsthand insight into the challenges faced by both wound nurses seeking opportunities and facilities searching for skilled clinicians, she recognized a growing gap in care—especially as the number of wounds surged post-COVID. Seeing this not just as a challenge, but as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Valerie set out to bridge the divide between talented nurses and the facilities that need them most.
